TransJakarta is a bus rapid transit system in Jakarta, Indonesia. TransJakarta started on January 15, 2004 and currently has 7 corridors (or lines) with 32 new corridors under construction. TransJakarta was designed to provide the citizens of Jakarta a fast public transportation system to help reduce rush hour traffic. The Indonesian Government provided TransJakarta buses with their own private lanes and Transjakarta's ticket prices are subsidized by the state government. The system is modeled on the successful TransMilenio system in Bogotá, Colombia. Alternative common names include Busway or TJ (pronounced Tije, "tee-jay"). [wikipedia]
Bus Chassis : Parts number 1-4
- Place reinforce bars to the bus chassis just like on the picture above
- Their function is to make the chassis rigid
Bus Body : Parts number 1-10
- Parts number 5 & 6 are similar, be careful when glueing
- Bus Face is separated in two parts number 7 & 8
- Cutout to make 2 holes for the doors on parts number 2, “orange asterisk” symbols
Bus Roof : Parts number 13-21
- Place bus air conditioner intake, parts number 13-16 on top of the bus roof
- Place hatches on top of it parts number 17-19 and 20-21
Air Conditioner : Parts number 13-16
- Assembly air conditioner intake, it separated in 4 parts
- Make 2 holes on parts number 13
- Fold parts number 14 & 15 inward so the printed side is inside
Hatch #1 : Parts number 17-19
- Assembly the hatch just like the picture above
Hatch #2 : Parts number 20-21
- Assembly the square hatch just like the picture above
Wheel placement : parts number 11-12
- Assembly the parts number 11 for the front wheel and 12 for rear
Wheels : parts number 22-34
- Assembly all the six wheels in their places
- Front wheels are two, and rear are 4
Front Wheels : parts number 22-26
- Make a hole on part number 22
- Fold inward for part number 25
Rear Wheels : parts number 27-34
- Make a hole on part number 27
- Fold inward for part number 29
- Assembly rear wheel sets
Mirrors : parts number 35-37
- Parts number 35 & 36 are similar, 35 for left mirror
