This is the final episode of Douglas DC-3 or C-47 RC plane build. It's primary using 3mm and 5mm depron or polyfoam or XPS foam. This last video is covering about making the wing, wing fairing, install landing lights, and other accessories like detail of the engine cowl and battery hatch door. The CG of this model is 12 cm from the leading edge, by using 2X 3S Lipo battery it will ballanced perfectly. You can have 8 minutes of flight time using 2 lipo batteries. This plane is a good flyer, short take off, scale speed, and easy to control using combination of aileron and rudder. The landing is also smooth and slow, no flap needed. Unfortunately the retract landing gear was the only downside, one of the servo is failed.
