New type of aircraft have been added to Airliner category. There were many request for making Boeing 737 series paper model template. Here it is, a B-737-900 the newest type of B-737 family, it has distinctive high winglets on the end of both wings. In this first release I use a KLM Royal Dutch Airlines livery, the new one (2015). Boeing 737 is a short to medium range small body commercial airplane, the 900 series can have 220 seats on maximum capacity. With this template, it is easy if I want to modify it into older series like 300 or 800. I plan to release the blank template after this, with added rules if you want to publish your own custom livery on Paper Replika website. The scale is 1 :100, complete model will have about 37 cm or 14.5 inches wingspan.

Air Asia Airbus A320-200 Paper Model

This model is for remembering a tragic aircraft accident that happened on Air Asia flight 8501 on 28 December 2014. It lost contact with the ATC and crashed on Karimata Strait, just above the Java Sea. Until the release of this model, only 48 passengers and crews were found, but the black box which contained FDR was already found. The ping on CVR was already found too. The template originally was recolor and submitted by Miguel Quilab from Philippines, but when I look at it, the livery was different from the livery on flight 8501. So I have to find the real plane photograph and make a necessary changes. The engines also different from my original template, this Air Asia A320-200 PK-AXC use CFM engine, so I have to change the engines template as well.

Another Boeing 777 airliner model papercraft template, this time I made British Airways triple seven (B777-23/ER). This Waterside based airline has 43 of B777-200ER airplanes. There is something new in its logo, a crown logo added beside British Airways logo. The template is exactly the same as previous B777-200 model, only different is on the livery. The assembly instructions is the same as well. For you who is not familiar with model with inner glue tabs perhaps find this model hard, but if you try it according to the instructions I'm sure you will find this method is easier than ordinary pepakura style glue tabs.

Continuing the series of Boeing triple seven models, this time I made a Boeing 777-200 template from Malaysian government-owned airline, Malaysia Airlines. This model is also a tribute to the victims of the plane that is still the mysterious its whereabouts. Not as I suppose, after often read the news about the MH370 flight, none of the Mh370 number printed on the airframe. Not much news agency were stating the aircraft registration number, 9M-MRO, but often informed simply by the flight number, MH370. B777-200 was the initial version before the 300 series that I have the previously release.

200 series fuselage is more than 10 meters shorter and without the swept wing tip as the 300 series. 200 series is 63.7 meters and series 300 is 73.9 cm. I cut the 300 fuselage, before the wing and after the wing. This model also with different engines, it used Rolls Royce engine. While in the previous release 300 series use General Electric engine.
