Halloween Ghosts Papercraft

E-mail Print

As I mention in my previous post this is a simple design of halloween ghosts. It can wobble left to right if you push on side directions, you just need to add enough weight ballast inside the bottom of the pumpkin support, the center of its gravity. I decide to create ghost because I see there are not many ghost papercraft in this halloween, mainly skeletons, zombies or werewolf.

My simple little tribute to celebrate Father's Day. My father is a ship chief engineer, he always want to teach me to know mechanics but I rather like computers :p. He is a very religious man, now he is on board a ship with his crew mates at Dubai sea, his last trip before retired. Take care dad! Father's Day is a day honoring fathers and celebrating fatherhood, paternal bonds, and the influence of fathers in society. It is celebrated on the third Sunday of June in 55 of the world's countries and on other days elsewhere. It compliments Mother's Day, the celebration honoring mothers.

Christmas as we know is a remembrance of the birth of Jesus Christ of Nazaret. Jesus also known as Prophet Isa Almasih by Muslim. According to Christian Bible He was born on Bethlehem when his parents couldn't found a decent inn for his mother Mary to give a birth, he was born in a peasant barn. Bethlehem ia a Palestinian city in central West Bank. Bethlehem is now inhabited by the oldest Christians community in the world, the largest Palestinian Christian in the place which is Muslim majority. They live side by side peacefuly for at least 2 milleniums. Now I am packing my stuff for a holiday and I think before I leave Jakarta is good to make a simple christmas papercraft. Merry Christmas everyone and happy holiday! May the force be with us, always.. peace on earth.

PR is wishing a very happy Eid Mubarak (Idul Fitri) 1430 Hijri to all of you who celebrate it. May the force be with us, peace to the world. May the spirit of understanding and respect, empathy to each other be our goal and hope. Eid ul-Fitr or Id-Ul-Fitr, often abbreviated to Eid, is a Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. Eid is an Arabic word meaning "festivity", while Fiṭr means "to break the fast" (and can also mean "nature", from the word "fitrah") and so symbolizes the breaking of the fasting period. Eid ul-Fitr is a three day celebration and is called "The Smaller Eid"  compared with the Eid ul-Adha that lasts four days and is called "The Greater Eid".

Designed by Idham Mahardhika (Bandung - Indonesia) for celebrating the begining of Moslem holy month, Ramadan.Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar. It is the Islamic month of fasting, in which participating Muslims refrain from eating, drinking, sexual conduct, smoking, and indulging in anything that is in excess or ill-natured; from dawn until sunset Fasting is meant to teach the Muslim patience, modesty and spirituality. Ramadān is a time to fast for the sake of Allah, and to offer more prayer than usual. During Ramadān, Muslims ask forgiveness for past sins, pray for guidance and help in refraining from everyday evils, and try to purify themselves through self-restraint and good deeds. As compared to solar calendar, the dates of Ramadan vary, moving forward about ten days each year. Ramadhan was the month in which the first verses of the Qur'an were revealed[Qur'an 2:185] to the Prophet Muhammad. [Wikipedia]
